Non-Refundable Policy:
Please note that the following fees and services are non-refundable:
- Government visa fees
- Service fees for visa, residency, and citizenship applications (regardless of approval or rejection)
- Service fees for preparing visa, residency, and citizenship documents
- State filing fees
- Service fees for obtaining tax licenses
- Travel insurance premiums after activation
- Fees for properties used by guests
- Exchange transaction fees
All sales are final, and we do not provide refunds for these services.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that:
- Payments are made for the processing and preparation of your application or booking, regardless of the outcome, as our merchants invests significant time and expertise in reviewing, preparing, and submitting your application or booking.
- Our services are provided based on the complexity and effort required to prepare and file your application or booking, which is why we cannot offer refunds once work has commenced.
Reason for Non-Refundable Policy:
Our non-refundable policy is in place because our merchants commit resources and expertise upfront to ensure the best possible outcome for your application or booking. This includes:
- Dedicated team members working on your application or booking
- Extensive research and documentation
- Government filing fees (where applicable)
- Securing bookings and arrangements with suppliers
Given the nature of our services, it's not feasible to provide refunds after work has begun.
No Exceptions (Except as Stated Below)
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including:
- Application rejection or denial
- Changes in personal or business circumstances
- Delays in processing or approval
- Cancellation of travel plans
- Non-refundable hotel bookings or tour bookings
Exception:
A full refund will be provided if you purchase or book from a host who creates a fake listing or engages in deceptive practices. We take fake listings and deceptive practices seriously and will work with you to resolve any issues.

- Decentralized Platform: As a decentralized platform, Visadorm connects merchants, Service providers with customers . Merchants are responsible for their own services and policies.
- Terms and Conditions: Please review the terms and conditions of each booking carefully. By making a booking, you agree to the merchant's policies.
